We would be happy to organize a transfer service to and from Cancun International Airport. One of our representatives will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a hotel board carrying your name, and a comfortable car/ van will be taking you to our front door in approximately 45 minutes. We look forward to having you here at Hacienda Paradise Hotel.

TRANSFER FEES

Private Service:

Reservation Policy: Bookings should be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival time. An e mail will be sent in order to reconfirm the transfer. For last-minute reservations, kindly contact the hotel at +52 984 803 0242/72 or 984 8077156. For reservations referred to arrivals within 24 hours of the arrival date, confirmation can only be given by phone.

Cancellations: All bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to check in (72 hours for shared transportation) with no penalty charge. For later cancellations or no shows, the transfer fee is non-refundable.

On arrival date (for private transfers only): In case of circumstances beyond the control of the person making the reservation, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel for delay or flight cancellations to avoid unnecessary and extended waiting time and charges. Erroneous flight arrival time unless communicated to the hotel prior to the beginning of the incoming flight will be charged at a fee of USD 8 per hour of delay. In case of flight delay, our correspondent shall get organized so as to provide the transportation at the expected time of arrival.
