Credt Voucher Terms

• Credit vouchers shall be delivered upon check in.
  The Credit Voucher is valid for the entire duration of the stay and varies according to the number of nights reserved.
• Voucher is redeemable for services only at any of the following outlets: Our restaurant & Bar at Hacienda Paradise,
  Karmatrails concierge services, and massage and Holistic services at Hotel Hacienda Paradise and Hotel Playa del Karma
• Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Once reserved, credit vouchers cannot be cancelled. No refund on vouchers.
• Unused balance can be redeemed for holistic, concierge as well as restaurant services
• The credit voucher is for services only, Should the transaction/s amount exceed the voucher amount, the recipient must settle the balance amount at reception either by cash or credit card (Mastercard or Visa) upon check out deducted the credit voucher value provided.
• Xperience Hotels prohibits credit vouchers for resale by a third party.
• Xperience Hotels will not be held responsible for the misuse or redemption of credit vouchers by any other person.
• Any unauthorized alteration or change to a credit Voucher renders it invalid.
• Credit Vouchers are not transferable.
• You need to be 16 years old or over to redeem the credit voucher.
